Hey! I entered a promo code and the system did not give me a discount.

The two most likely causes are:

the promo code was entered incorrectly .. correct typing errors, validate promo code, try again
the promo code expired

Not ALL Promo Codes are valid 100% of the time. Some have an available life of only a few hours, few days, few weeks, a month or longer.

Promo Codes are also not created equal. Some promo codes apply to the whole invoice.

Some promo codes apply to a specific product.

Some promo codes can be used only once by a single customer. Or it maybe has a limited issue where only the first few customers to use it can get a discount.
