Account Types |

What is a PARENT/CHILD account type? |
|
To put it in simple terms, a 'PARENT / CHILD' account type is for you to create an account for your student in order to obtain their TX Drivers License.
One account. No additions. One Texas DE-964 will be created in the entered registered details for your student. Used for this one time. All done.
This is an account your student uses. Your student logs in, accesses Coursework, downloads a TX DE-964 (in PDF format) to the browser to take to Texas DPS in order to obtain the TX learners permit and/or the TX operators license.
Since you only have one student, this is the best choice the for the family.
If you have multiple students, and they will need a Texas Drivers License, then the more flexible choice is for you is to start an INSTRUCTOR/STUDENT account type. |
